The Centre for Emerging and Re-emerging Infectious Diseases (CERID) is a multidisciplinary research and training centre established at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Nigeria, with support from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and Bayer Foundation, Germany.
CERID advances scientific knowledge and public health practice through research, molecular diagnostics, genomics, disease surveillance, bioinformatics, epidemiology, scientific consultancy, laboratory services, capacity development, and collaborative research programmes.

6 Service Fees & Payments
Certain laboratory tests, consultancy engagements, training programmes, and specialized services may require payment of applicable fees. Service charges will be communicated before service commencement.
Refund Policy: Fees paid for laboratory analyses, consultancy projects, training programmes, or research support services may be refundable only under circumstances determined by CERID management, including service cancellation by CERID. Approved refunds may be subject to administrative processing charges.
7 User Accounts & Portal Access
Where online platforms, databases, training portals, or research systems require user registration, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Users are responsible for activities conducted under their accounts.
